Role Summary: The Paid Social Lead Specialist is responsible for the strategy, implementation, measurement, and management of paid social channels. This role will be able to obtain necessary information from functional teams and craft and deploy digital strategies to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and ensure paid social media strategies align with business goals and KPIs. Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies that are tailored to the client’s business objectives, market trends, and target audience. Ensure that strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals. Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns, including setup, optimization, and execution. Lead the development of campaign creative, targeting strategies, and budget allocation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Continuously monitor campaign performance and make strategic adjustments to optimize ROI, engagement, and conversions. Utilize data analysis to identify key opportunities for improvement in targeting, bidding, and creatives. Create regular, detailed reports to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients or internal teams. Lead client meetings to present campaign results, discuss strategy, and identify areas for future optimization. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing performance. Make data-driven decisions to adjust spending across campaigns for optimal results. Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, analytics, etc.) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Provide clear guidance and feedback to junior or mid-level team members on campaign execution, performance tracking, and client communication. Analyze trends in paid social advertising and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance. Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, and platform features. Proactively address any campaign challenges or issues that arise, working quickly to resolve them and ensure campaigns stay on track. Supervises the team executions across multiple channels/accounts, providing both feedback and/or best practices. Directs and manages the daily workflow of all client programs, including initiation and management of projects across departments. Collaborating with offshore leads to developing strategies within the organization. Communicates industry trends, emerging technologies, and beta testing opportunities to internal and external members to showcase leadership in digital marketing arena. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand the scope of campaigns or services. Delivers strategic leadership, acts as the primary point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand client needs and ensure paid social media strategies align with business goals and KPIs. Creates and manage measurement plans across channels and agencies to ensure proper set up of campaigns. Interfaces with other departments team leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients. Identify areas of growth opportunities (or limitations) that may exist in terms of tracking, measurability and campaign optimization. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. Estimate and allocate resources (team, budget, tools). Foster a collaborative, motivated, and productive team environment. Implement best practices for project management and improve methodologies. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. Provide recommendations for improving project workflows and team efficiency.
