As a Managed Services Consultant, you will be responsible for driving client success through strategic configuration and optimization of the Sprinklr Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum value, remains aligned with evolving business needs, and supports long-term client engagement. Client Success Strategy: Discover and define ongoing success criteria for CXM platform clients. Platform Configuration & Optimization: Manage and enhance platform configurations to support client goals and industry best practices. Gap Analysis & Solution Design: Identify platform gaps and design solutions to meet client expectations and use case requirements. Business Alignment: Ensure platform configurations evolve in line with changing business needs. User Enablement: Train and educate client users on platform functionality, best practices, and new features. Deployment Oversight: Provide guidance on software enablement and deployment to ensure alignment with current architecture and future scalability. Value Realization: Maximize client value from the platform through proactive engagement and strategic support. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Success Managers, Sales, Enablement Consultants, and Technical Support to deliver seamless service. Support Services Leadership: Assist Services Directors in ensuring optimal client service related to platform performance, enhancements, and configuration.
