The Localization Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing requests and resources, and driving operational excellence in localization processes. - Plan, execute, and monitor localization projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., DCO, DEL, Creative Agencies) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates. - Oversee the adaptation of content for different markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy. - Ensure compliance with localization guidelines and standards. - Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards in localized content. - Address and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in deliverables. - Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Monitor workloads and ensure balanced distribution of tasks.
