Good-to-Have Skills:   Project Planning, Risk Management, Process Mapping, Stakeholder Analysis, KPI and Metrics Tracking, Issue and Escalation Management Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in the health consulting domain Educational Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. (Tier 1 preferred) + MBA (Tier 1/2 preferred) Job Summary: As a Change Management As part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network (S&C GN), the Health Change Management Consultant will drive organizational change and adoption initiatives for healthcare and public service clients undergoing digital and AI-enabled transformation. You will be responsible for assessing change readiness, designing stakeholder engagement strategies, managing communication and training programs, and enabling successful adoption of AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud solutions across healthcare ecosystems. You will design operating models, optimize processes, and enable AI-driven decision-making while supporting program management, business analysis, and value realization to help clients modernize healthcare delivery, improve outcomes, and accelerate digital transformation.
