Understand clients’ issues and challenges to develop hypotheses around possible solutions that contributes designing business and function operating models, that meet the company’s objectives. Support clients across their business objectives and goals, including growth ambition (enterprise operating model), cost-cutting (global business services and shared services) and zero-based approaches. Support in the definition of the organization structure and design to execute against the business strategy and the operating model ambition. Adopt a data-driven approach, compile data and conduct analysis to drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools. Develop business cases, highlighting the financial implication of recommendations (growth and cost savings, and tie benefits back to the P&L) Make implementation-oriented recommendations, using industry knowledge by identifying and analyzing market trends, financial and operating drivers.
