As a consulting manager working with SAP Capability team, you shall be responsible for the overall management of SAP solutions in the project. You will be expected to drive and oversee client workshops to understand their business requirements and develop as well as advice consultants in solutioning to achieve requirements. You will be working as a thought leader in driving client conversations, lead POV development, business development activities with an intent to grow the practice engagement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage teams of analysts and consultants Initiate, plan, and execute SAP projects Ensure that SAP solutions are aligned with business needs Keep up-to-date on the latest SAP releases and developments Conduct performance reviews for the team members Support recruitment activities and other COE initiatives
