The Senior Campaign Operator acts as a subject matter expert on the marketing automation platform, responsible for executing the most complex and high-priority marketing campaigns. This role involves not only flawless execution but also analyzing intricate requirements and proposing effective solutions. The CL10 Operator is a key player in process optimization, acts as a primary point of escalation for junior operators, and plays an important role in mentoring them. Key Responsibilities: Complex Campaign Management: Leads the execution of complex, multi-wave, and highly dynamic campaigns, ensuring they are built for scalability and accuracy. Advanced Email Development: Codes and troubleshoots the most complex email templates, incorporating advanced personalization, dynamic content, and scripting to support sophisticated campaign logic. Requirement Analysis: Analyzes complex campaign requirements and provides recommendations on the most effective implementation strategy within the platform's capabilities. Process Optimization: Actively identifies, proposes, and documents improvements to campaign execution workflows, QA checklists, and operational best practices to increase team efficiency and quality. Mentorship and Support: Acts as a primary point of escalation for junior operators (CL11, CL12), providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and on-the-job training. Guides junior team members in their preparation for foundational certifications. Advanced Troubleshooting: Performs in-depth initial analysis of campaign issues, documenting findings clearly before escalating to the Campaign Developer team when necessary. Quality Assurance Leadership: Oversees the quality of the team's output by conducting final reviews on critical campaigns and ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
