The Practice – A Brief Sketch The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities. Here is a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal or ERP assessment requests. Engaging with the Client and designing new business processes based on customer requirements, scoping, discovering, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet expectations. Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems across SAP S4 Hana ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies. Driving enterprise business, application and integration architecture. Assisting clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance. Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations. Developing our offerings and assets and participate in pre-sales activities. Mentoring and developing our people and contributing to asset creations and knowledge sharing sessions. Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation. The ability to develop technology solutions and value adding propositions and take these to market. Deep domain expertise across one/more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences, Pharma, Telecom. Understanding the domain trends and technology offerings across these industry sectors. Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement. Strong knowledge of technology trends across IT and digital and how they can be applied to companies to address real world problems and opportunities. Participation in Pre-Sales, Bid Management and overall appreciation of estimation, scoping and assumptions for a large SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA implementation using various methods such as ASAP or Activate or others. Leading proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and defining the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders and ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions. Capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market. Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships. Demonstrated ability to develop younger talent and build a high performing team. Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements. #LI-LATAM
