As a Sales Support Analyst within the Quote to Order team, you will be responsible for leveraging process and tools expertise to meet/exceed the sales team members needs related to sales orders and contracts. You will troubleshoot and assist with contracts (researching, analyzing and resolving Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) related issues for the sales organization) in response to requests from Sales while proactively identifying improvements. A primary focus will be to ensure incoming Tier 1 tickets and support calls are reviewed and/or resolved or escalated to appropriate Support team members. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Act as SME for special projects and for others on the team as needed. The expectations would be to properly communicate day to day actuality and provide insight into areas that could use improvement. Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain, as needed ad-hoc reports to support sales leadership in making informed decisions. Serve as escalation point for others on the team to solve for trends and/or specific complex scenarios. Complex scenarios include, but not limited to: breaking standard processes, needing to work around existing tool structure and one-off requests. Work individually and as a team to complete tasks from high volume, multichannel queue of incoming requests for CPQ system errors, large contract building, pilot programs, CPQ workarounds, and any requested projects for boundary partners as directed from team leadership. Analyze and research previous, customer-specific contract details and any existing higher level governing agreements to inform recommendation on pricing, volume and discounting that balances Sales/End Customer expectations with Cox Auto standards and guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional support teams, including billing, contracts, data governance, etc, to gather relevant data and insights. Timely resolution to internal customer requests via pre-determined SLAs. Stay up to date on changes happening throughout the organization that impact go to market strategy. #LI-LATAM
