Role Summary: A Service & Interaction Design Analyst supports deliveries such as: user flows, prototypes, low to high fidelity UI designs, interaction flows, design driven solutions, and customer journeys, to effectively communicates expected behavior, user experience, and ideation. They should be able to support leadership in multiple projects. Is expected to contribute in the coordination and execution of design tasks. Scope & Complexity: Support the Design Lead on particular tasks, projects and communications with other team members. Requires discovery, analysis, conceptualization, and communicating design solutions. Requires understanding of client needs and expectations to support strategic discussions with leadership, stakeholders, or product owners, to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities: Articulating, in written and verbal form: needs, expectations, challenges and solutions in an engaging matter, fostering trusting relationships with stakeholders and peers. Assuming responsibility for their own design work outputs throughout the full project lifecycle. Support usability studies, being moderated or unmoderated, in person or remotely. Being able to support the creation of user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes, and other intermediate deliverables. Support project team across disciplines: research, content, and visual.
