We are seeking a skilled Labware Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Labware applications. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining Labware systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for LabVantage applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Efficiently receive and manage incoming cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of reported issues. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and security of LabVantage applications. Create and maintain documentation for LabVantage applications, including user guides and technical manuals.
