The Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing the development and maintaining of comprehensive reporting systems that provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee reporting analytics which deliver insightful, actionable intelligence that can drive continuous productivity improvement Elevate, simplify, and drive data and reporting within the organization. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track key performance indicators KPIs and operational metrics. Generate and distribute regular reports on workforce performance, adherence to schedules, and service level compliance. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to develop customized reports and dashboards that meet their specific needs. Ensure timely upwards reporting of issues and paths to resolution. Partners with key stakeholders to understand operational challenges needs and processes Builds a team that communicates data analysis so it clearly tells a story and provides a guide to action.
