Your Job As SAP PS (Project System) Senior Manager you are key member of our Belgian SAP Practice, recently granted the SAP Belux service partner Excellence award. This means you will be part of the SAP management team but as well closely collaborating with the global SAP experts, project system consulting group and the associated groups like finance, controlling. Within the Belux network, you and your team will be challenged to demonstrate your SAP PS expertise and innovation directly at client sites. You will also play a key role in strengthening and expanding our capabilities in the SAP Project System domain. This includes fostering knowledge sharing, mentoring colleagues, and driving thought leadership to ensure we remain competitive and market-relevant in this space. You will be recruited as a SAP Project System (PS) Subject Matter Expert (SME)— This means your primary responsibility is to bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP PS, and to guide and mentor your team of specialists. You will be expected to lead on content related to project definition and scope, execution planning, delivery, closure and analytics, as well as portfolio prioritization and performance monitoring. You’ll also be supported by Accenture’s global methodologies and assets, including RISE with SAP, Generative AI, and S/4HANA transformation frameworks, to help clients reimagine their project management landscapes Responsibilities Business Development You can leverage your expertise to shape a business roadmap. With your team, you engage with the clients’ business to translate their Portfolio & Project Management (sub)process needs into a comprehensive re-invention journey. Client Delivery Clients are at the heart of our story. You will help them by implementing SAP solutions on challenging projects. By methodically engaging with the business, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them. At the different clients you will be monitoring and managing project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go live. Grow and share your expertise As a vital member of the domain, you'll be at the forefront of improving project system operations within our organization. You drive the team to keep their skills market relevant through knowledge sharing, brownbag sessions and certification. Translate your passion for innovation into project system processes, leverage our technology experts to pioneer in your domain. You also maintain our partnership with SAP on the project system domain through regular interactions and participation to the major SAP events. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Mindset  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.  A penchant for managing high-stakes projects and engaging major clients.  Desire to thrive in a dynamic environment with a matrix structure.  Open to travel as part of your project assignment. Technical Proficiency and Cultural Awareness Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP configurations. Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem.  Passion for innovation and keen cultural awareness.  Education and Experience 5-10 years’ experience of IT and business consulting in SAP projects, Extensive exposure to SAP PS Delivery At least 1 year experience in account and project delivery management. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Additional Master's degree highly preferred.  Fluency in Dutch and English.  Experience in a Global Delivery Model.  Proven capability in building relationships with middle and senior management in clients.  Our offer Accenture is an incredible place to work - and keep learning.
