Accenture’s Finance, Risk and Compliance (‘FRC’ part of Strategy & Consulting) team focus on activities to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in the Financial Services industry (FS), helping them to transform the finance, risk and compliance function and make it future proof. Your job will be to lead a team involved in these projects to help make our clients successful and contribute to Accenture’s growth. This includes understanding project specifics, steer project delivery (outcomes definition, team coordination, proactive risk management, dependencies management…), deep dive into detailed analysis while being able to maintain an overview of the initiative, managing stakeholders’ expectations and coaching your colleagues. Besides the day-to-day projects, you will become an ambassador of Accenture (towards our clients, but also internally) and continue developing yourself and, by doing so, the company. This can be done by growing your expertise in key industry topics, taking ownership on topics and/or client relationships and/or support our sales efforts and developing innovative ideas in your domain.
