As a leader in the SuccessFactors implementation market, we have a growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice including both SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors professionals and we are looking for experienced individuals to join our thriving team. We operate across different industry sectors bringing HCM expertise to our client engagements, working closely with our strategy, industry and technology colleagues to deliver HR transformational programs. To grow our team, we are looking for individuals with proven SAP SuccessFactors as well as SAP HCM experience who have an interest in supporting our global clients getting the best out of their existing SuccessFactors or SAP HCM solutions as well as assisting them in their day-to-day operations. Your Job You will be the primary point of contact for system maintenance and working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders from our clients as well as our support teams to help ensure smooth day to day operations. Key responsibilities include: Lead the day-to-day maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, etc.). Manage system configurations and issue resolution in coordination with global HR and IT teams. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement.
