We help organizations adapt to disruption and future-proof their workforce through innovative, data-driven approaches. Our key focus areas include: Modern Change Management – Enabling business transformations by aligning leadership, people, and culture, supported by cloud, AI, and digital technologies. Future Organization – Designing agile, tech-enabled organizational models and inclusive cultures to drive growth. Talent & New Skilling – Building digitally fluent workforces using intelligent learning strategies and people analytics. Your Role As a Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and responsible for delivering high-impact change programs. You will: Lead change management strategy and execution for major transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations). Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across client organizations. Shape, sell, and deliver consulting engagements with a strong focus on people and change enablement. Define the change roadmap, stakeholder engagement strategy, communication plans, and capability-building approaches. Manage cross-functional teams and coach junior consultants to grow their expertise. Drive business development, define go-to-market strategies, and contribute to practice growth in the BeLux region. Collaborate with CHROs and other senior leaders to shape the people agenda. Contribute to thought leadership, events, recruiting, and internal capability development.
