Introduction We are looking for a visionary AI Lead with a strong background in AI architecture and consulting to join our Software & Platform Engineering (S&PE) capability within Accenture Technology. In this senior role, you will help us define and implement our AI adoption strategy across the capability, ensuring clear governance, frameworks, and skills to apply AI responsibly and effectively. You will also contribute to shaping our AI offering, aligning assets and expertise so that Accenture can position itself as a trusted partner for clients. In addition to this internal focus, you will work directly with clients on complex transformation programs, bringing both an AI and architecture perspective to ensure successful project delivery. Your job As an AI Lead Architect, you will: Define and oversee the AI adoption strategy within S&PE, including governance, ways of working, and responsible AI practices. Shape the S&PE AI offering, creating assets, accelerators, and delivery models that can be leveraged across industries. Identify and develop the AI skill set needed within the capability to support future delivery projects (training, recruitment, knowledge sharing). Shaping and delivering complex client projects by providing an AI/architecture perspective, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with client needs. Drive strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem to accelerate innovation and impact. Act as a leader in AI within S&PE, fostering innovation and contributing to internal and client-facing discussions. Contribute to sales and opportunity shaping by bringing an AI architecture viewpoint.
