We work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. What You’ll Do As a Contract Management Specialist, you will: Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities and objectives. Work across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies to ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence. Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties. Support pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and drafting operational annexes. Prepare governance committee materials and contribute to strategic account planning. Build trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client-facing role.
