Your Job Within our Industry X group in Belgium we are looking for business/data analysts to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. As an Industry X Business/Data Analyst, you will join our Industry X team to shape the industry of the future. You support our clients' digital transformation by reinventing products and services, from design and engineering to manufacturing and distribution, in order to accelerate their operational efficiency and growth. We partner with international clients across all industries, including 91 of the Fortune Global 100 and almost all of the Belux AEX-listed companies. Your role is to support delivery of both strategic assessments and implementation projects and assist in the solution design, setup the blueprint, infrastructure design, data model and provide valuable input to other team members in support of the project completion. You will need to work together with cross-functional teams, support in client workshops, test prototypes, showcase to business stakeholders and bring the solutions successfully live to a production environment. Lead workshops with client stakeholders and translate business requirements to functional solutions. Build and implement innovative data solutions to make this transformation possible. Support change management of these transformations in international contexts. Participate in the development of new offers and solutions to contribute to the development of the Industry X.0 entity. Analysis of needs and participation during client workshops. Conduct comprehensive assessments of current processes and systems. Perform analysis to determine alignment with industry best practices and client requirements. Advise on technology trends and innovations.
