Key responsibilities Contribute to the development of data and AI strategies, operating models, and capability frameworks. Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and research to identify opportunities for AI adoption. Assist in shaping business cases and prioritised use cases aligned to client objectives. Support the creation of transformation roadmaps and help measure progress against outcomes. Participate in client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions. Translate complex technology and data concepts into structured, business-focused insights and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, and industry) to support integrated client solutions. Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Assist our clients to build the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs Experience in participating in client presentations & orals for proposal defence etc. Deep understanding of industry best practices in data governance and management Provide thought leadership to the downstream teams for developing offerings and assets Advise on technology selection and architecture for scalable Data & AI platforms. Possess a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI Proven track record in successfully delivering AI solutions within complex environments Evaluate and recommend tools for data management, analytics, and AI deployment.
