Key Responsibilities: Conduct warranty audits in compliance with OEM service standards and guidelines. Evaluate and analyze workshop and service processes and systems, ensuring adherence to OEM standards. Provide expert insights and recommendations to improve warranty processes and ensure compliance. Collaborate with OEM dealers and service teams to ensure accurate warranty claims and processes. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Stay updated on OEM repair technologies and automotive advancements. Utilize MS Office applications and other tools to document and report audit findings. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
