What you’ll do: Perform proactive Tag/Feed Health audits and perform audits upon request Assist new and existing advertisers with Tag/CAPI/Feed setup questions, implementation and troubleshooting Ensure conversion visibility resilience in lower funnel / performance based advertisers Join calls with sellers and advertisers as needed to resolve Tag/CAPI/Feed issues in a timely manner Become an expert at digital media campaign best practices, enabling yourself to be your region’s go-to resource for campaign set up and performance related inquiries. Provide best practice recommendations on optimizing lower funnel campaign set up Scale product knowledge across the sales organization via documentation, office hours, trainings, etc. Maintain documentation, how-tos, and FAQs to scale seller knowledge around Tag / Feed / CAPI Proactively communicate any Tag / Feed / CAPI product updates to the sales team Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for a less technical audience
