Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of new and existing SMB clients with responsibility for activating and growing advertising revenue on the platform Provide consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses Work collaboratively with Accenture and client sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products, from initial pitch to ongoing optimisation and strategy. Take responsibility for helping SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, support and data-driven optimisation Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions.
