You Are: You have a strong desire to build and deliver high-quality External Workforce Management solutions for customers of all sizes, across a variety of industries, and possess a customer centric approach to all that you do. Taking complex business needs and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions will see you excel in this new opportunity. You’ll excel in guiding projects while you can also dive into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP Fieldglass solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to assess their requirements and tailor SAP Fieldglass to meet their business needs. Provide expert guidance and deep subject matter expertise to the implementation process, including system configuration, customisation, testing, and training. Develop and maintain project documentation for all system configurations, processes, and user guides supporting the customer throughout the project and through transition into program business-as-usual (BAU) operations Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and utilisation of the solution. Support clients to identify opportunities for automation and integration of their SAP Fieldglass solution with other SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems Stay up to date on SAP Fieldglass product developments, new features, and best practices to ensure clients are presented with the most current and effective solutions to meet their business goals. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
