The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO, project management, dependency coordination, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Program and Project Delivery: Manage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Scope Definition and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and monitor the execution to ensure timely and quality outcomes. Dependency and Coordination Management: Oversee project dependencies and ensure effective coordination across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment and progress. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact on project delivery. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Governance and Compliance: Ensure all project activities align with PMO frameworks, governance standards, and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in project and program management, with a focus on dependency and coordination management. Strong expertise in PMO practices and methodologies. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to define project scope, monitor deliverables, and achieve business outcomes. NV2 security clearance is mandatory for this role. Why Join Us?
