The candidate must have a solid understanding of Appian development and best practices. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian development. Experience in developing and deploying Appian applications. Background in software development and working in Agile environments. Have good understanding about Appian guidelines, best practices Good knowledge on how to address performance related issues Technical Skills: Proficient in Appian BPM suite, including Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, and Appian Sites. Strong knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices. Experience with integration of Appian with other systems using RESTful APIs, Web Services, and other integration methods. knowledge in SQL. Familiarity with Appian RPA and AI capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills.
