You will balance technical contribution with mentoring, ensuring high-quality deployments of GenAI-enabled applications, AI Ops, and automation that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled full-stack applications and GenAI solutions. Coach and guide junior developers, analysts, and engineers on best practices in AI/ML and software engineering. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance technical deployments across the stack. Contribute to reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation. Partner with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business outcomes. Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, AI/ML delivery, and automation. Strong coding and development skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, APIs). Exposure to GenAI tools, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and AI Ops practices. Solid collaboration and delivery execution skills; ability to work in agile teams. Passion for learning and applying emerging AI and full-stack technologies.
