Job Profile Summary Drive senior leadership talent acquisition by acting as a key advisor to top executives. Create and implement a strategic recruitment framework that enhances market positioning and attracts a diverse pool of highly skilled leadership talent. Build and cultivate strong relationships with C‑Level and Director-level candidates, ensuring a continuous flow of top-tier talent. Leverage data-driven insights and competitor intelligence to refine recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and achieve leadership hiring outcomes. As an Executive Recruiting Associate Director, your primary responsibilities may include: Own the APAC executive recruiting plan: Design, manage, and deliver end-to-end executive search strategies across priority markets (e.g., Australia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Greater China) in partnership with business leadership and HR. Advise senior stakeholders: Serve as a trusted talent advisor to C‑suite, Country Managing Directors, and Function Leads—aligning hiring priorities, defining success profiles, and setting search strategies and timelines. Lead search execution: Drive sourcing, assessment, slate management, interview orchestration, stakeholder calibration, and offer/close for Director, Managing Director, and equivalent senior roles. Candidate relationship management: Build multi-quarter pipelines, nurture passive talent, and ensure a differentiated, inclusive candidate experience from first engagement through onboarding. Market & competitor intelligence: Maintain current market maps and talent insights; translate analytics into action to improve funnel efficiency, diversity outcomes, and time-to-fill. Process excellence & governance: Apply Accenture methodologies, ATS/CRM best practices, compliance standards, and data integrity across all requisitions; identify opportunities to simplify and scale. Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage recruiting teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring clear goals, robust execution discipline, and consistent stakeholder satisfaction. Offer strategy & negotiation: Partner with Compensation, HR, Legal, and business sponsors on complex packages, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment to Accenture policies. Qualifications 10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record delivering senior/executive hires; experience in professional services or executive search/agency preferred. Team leadership experience managing recruiters/sourcers across multiple geographies and time zones. Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and recruiting analytics; ability to translate data into decisions and actions. Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
