What You Will Do : Perform core service management activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Enablement, and Monitoring & Event Management Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and communication through all interactions Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations What We’re Looking For: Exceptional Customer service and communication skills Technical skills such as experience with IT Service Management, ITIL, ServiceNow, and an intermediate understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure are highly valued Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks Located in or willing to work from our Ballarat office for a minimum of 4 days a week.
