Job Description: As an Application Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading your team, collaborating with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development and advanced knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, along with other SAP technologies. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Innovation: Develop innovative applications that enhance user experience and address business needs. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability. Qualifications and Skills: Key Expertise: Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite is recommended. Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Administration, SAP BTP API Management, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP/4 HANA Cloud Platform is suggested. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Additional Requirements: Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance. This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations. On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
