Who we're looking for: Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles). Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.). Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques. Solid understanding of ITIL best practices. Experience in working with Agile methodologies. Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response. Why Join Us? On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
