Manage incident management queries, troubleshooting, and fault handling to maintain optimal network performance. Oversee Service Level Agreement management and Key Performance Indicator tracking for continuous improvement. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution. Expert proficiency in Network Migrations. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Expert proficiency in Software Defined Infrastructure. Advanced proficiency in Network Strategy & Optimization.
