As a US Recruiter based in Dehradun, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top-tier talent within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your responsibilities will involve managing the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying needs through to onboarding candidates, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define the role requirements for various healthcare positions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks. Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Your Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6 months - 1 year of experience in International Recruitment OR Domestic Recruitment, International sales or Aviation. Must Have B.tech Degree. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software. Strong sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
