About the Role: The MSP Associate Account Manager will support client relations and engagement within the MSP environment across both Engineering and Non-IT staffing portfolios. This role requires someone sharp, proactive, and self-driven with excellent communication, relationship management, and coordination skills. You will partner closely with recruiters, clients, and MSP program teams to ensure timely fulfillment, high submission quality, and seamless client satisfaction. What You’ll Do: ·  Act as the primary liaison between clients, MSP partners, and internal recruiting teams. ·  Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely submissions, interviews, and placements. ·  Support the delivery of both Engineering and Non-IT staffing.  ·  Maintain strong understanding of client scorecards, KPIs, and performance expectations. ·  Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive process improvements to meet SLA and quality targets. ·  Communicate effectively with recruiters to align on priorities, job requirements, and candidate pipelines. ·  Build and maintain strong professional relationships with MSP representatives and hiring managers. ·  Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports on submissions, interviews, and placements. ·  Ensure compliance with client and MSP guidelines (background checks, onboarding, documentation, etc.). ·  Represent the company professionally during client calls, QBRs, and performance reviews. What We’re Looking For: ·  3–5 years of experience in account management (MSP/VMS experience). ·  Proven track record supporting Engg and Non-IT client portfolios. ·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple client relationships. ·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive, “go-to” attitude. ·  Tech-savvy and data-driven — able to interpret metrics, dashboards, and performance scorecards. ·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. ·  Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. Good to Have: ·  Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Wand, IQN, etc.) ·  Prior experience in vendor delivery, recruiting coordination, or client support roles. ·  Exposure to staffing operations, compliance, or client onboarding processes.
