About the Role: ​As a Recruitment team leader, you will lead a team responsible for full-cycle Recruiting, Sourcing & Pipelining for niche and hard-to-fill positions from prospective clients. This position will manage a team of professionals responsible for supporting the recruiters in various pods, such as IT, Engineering, Non-IT, and Life Sciences, for clients engaged in an SOW or Managed Services model.  This Job Is NOT for you if you meet any of the following criteria Like Low-Hanging Fruit / Vanilla Roles Run away from learning new technology Cannot recruit and sell to Passive Candidates Build pipelines for future/upcoming roles Don't Know Advanced Sourcing Strategies Like working on new job orders every few hours This role requires someone who can think strategically, lead teams confidently, build repeatable processes, and deliver predictable outcomes at scale. What will you be doing day-to-day? SOW Delivery & Execution Build and enforce SOW delivery playbooks, checklists, and SOPs Oversee intake, scoping workflows, risk management, and change control Work with Sales and BD teams to cater to all their needs from prospective clients. Work on niche and hard-to-fill requisitions that have not been filled by other agencies Work using non-conventional ways of sourcing and recruiting to find hidden talent Build Pipelines of prospective candidates for future and upcoming positions Ensure proper 360-degree screening for all candidates is done before submittals Keep track of recruitment metrics and ratios and maintain project governance: logs, cadence, reporting Find creative ways to reduce turnaround time without compromising quality.  Your Experience: Minimum of 5 years running SOW delivery, IT project delivery, PMO leadership, or consulting delivery Deep understanding of SOW lifecycle: scoping → delivery → governance → billing → renewal Strong knowledge of PMO practices, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies Strong background in running multiple MSP/Staffing SOW programs or IT/Engineering Services consulting Experience leading offshore delivery teams supporting US-based clients Hands-on experience writing, scoping, reviewing, and pricing SOWs Experience in enterprise environments (cloud, infra, app dev, data, cyber, etc.) Proven track record in filling hard-to-fill and niche job orders Experience supporting US Fortune 500 / enterprise clients Bachelor’s degree, PMP, Prince2, CSM, ITIL, or equivalency in work experience or education  Your Skills: Exceptional planning and execution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment Great attitude, passion, and drive to be a perfectionist High-energy and competitive nature that seeks results and personal accountability Adaptability to demanding business environments with changing business priorities and the ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures Never Give Up Mindset About Cynet Systems: Headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Cynet Systems is an award-winning and one of the fastest-growing technology consulting and workforce solutions companies that help our clients realize their talent potential through custom solutions.
