Who You Are You are a no-code automation specialist with deep GoHighLevel, Zapier or n8n experience who builds reliable, monitored flows. You design error-handling, logging, retries and idempotency, and deliver clear documentation and runbooks. Responsibilities • Own discovery → design → build → monitor for mission-critical automations across CRM, messaging, payments and analytics. • Implement production-grade flows: webhooks, retries, queues, structured logging, alerts and rollback plans. • Ensure data hygiene, PII/PHI protections, secrets management and permissioning. • Deliver monitoring dashboards, runbooks and versioned documentation for handover.
