Full function HR 2. 以HRBP的角色，擔任集團與台灣公司溝通之橋梁、策略執行者。 3. 協助導入/推廣企業文化，並制定相關執行方式。 4. 績效管理及激勵制度設計、執行、優化。 5. 流程改善、管理規章辦法建立與修訂。 6. 員工關係活動規劃與執行。 7. 採購/行政/庶務事項規劃執行。 8. 其他主管交辦事項。 what we expect from you 5 years of experience in HR supervising role 2 years’+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration Experience in using HRIS NUEiP and/ or Bamboo HR is an advantage Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility. Immediately available will be an advantage. 1、5年以上HR經驗； 2、薪資作業(實際作業)2年以上; 3、對資料敏感，工作細緻，條理清晰； 4、適應性高、執行力強、抗壓能高，具高溝通、協調能力，以完成任務為目標； 5、HRIS使用NUEiP、Bamboo經驗者佳； 6、英文需中等以上，精通者尤佳。
