Interact with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address to customer enquiries on timely and accurate manner. Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training. Present up-to-date markets insights to our prestigious clients. Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally. Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player. What do you need: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/ Financial industry. Diploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline. Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage. Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. Self-starter and fast learner Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. Fresh graduate can be considered as Trainee. IANG visa holders are welcomed.
