Job Summary: Renmoney is hiring a  Field Recovery Officer  to manage and recover overdue accounts through field operations and customer engagement. The role involves executing recovery strategies, negotiating realistic repayment plans, and advising on process  improvements, all while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: Engage defaulting customers and recover overdue debts. Negotiate and monitor repayment plans based on financial assessments. Update recovery systems and provide insights on debt management strategies. Ensure adherence to legal and internal recovery processes. Deliver high-quality service aligned with company values and customer care policies. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collections or field recoveries. Knowledge of debt recovery principles and legal processes. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with call center optimization and financial systems. Skip tracing knowledge Ideal Candidate: Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity. A strong communicator and problem-solver. Enjoys fast-paced, collaborative environments. Not Ideal for Those Who: Prefer highly structured roles with constant direction. Thrive in large, hierarchical teams.
