The position As an SME Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand portfolio performance, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Your role will involve performance monitoring, relationship management, and executing initiatives that enhance the value of the SME portfolio. Responsibilities Manage the performance and growth of a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and profitability. Analyze SME portfolio data to uncover trends, identify risks, and recommend actionable insights to drive business outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SME clients and proactively address issues affecting performance. Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to align portfolio strategy with broader business goals. Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide visibility into portfolio metrics and performance. Support the development of credit strategies and lending solutions tailored to SME client needs. Lead or support projects aimed at improving portfolio health, client segmentation, and revenue optimization. Required : A Minimum of 5 years of experience in SME banking, portfolio management, credit analysis in a financial services context. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business strategy Preferred: Proficiency in Power BI, MySQL, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, risk, product, and operations teams. Solid understanding of SME financing and risk management. This job is perfect for you if you Experienced in Analytics /Business Intelligence roles. Proficient in the use of Powerbi, SQL and Data Warehouse. You’re collaborative, enthusiastic with the aptitude and desire to learn. Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights.
