As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting our financial products, and converting leads into new business. Your excellent communication and sales skills will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and lead generation activities. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our financial products to clients. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and meetings with prospective customers. Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and credibility. Achieve and exceed sales targets through motivated efforts. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales techniques. Qualifications Minimum of OND in any field of study. No prior sales experience required; we will provide training. Strong interest in sales and customer relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
