The position We are seeking a visionary  Knowledge Management Lead  to design and lead Renmoney’s enterprise-wide knowledge strategy. You will create a world-class framework that captures, curates, and distributes critical insights, driving efficiency, innovation, and compliance. Your role will harness AI to revolutionize how we learn, collaborate, and make decisions. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or Data Strategy is a plus.  4-5+ years in KM roles, with proven success and familiarity in KM platforms. Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies for senior leaders. Agile documentation practices and metadata design. Superior soft skills: Negotiation, creative problem-solving, and executive storytelling. Advanced proficiency in MS office suites. This is a 1-year contract position , subject to renewal based on performance. This job is perfect for you if you: Geek out on AI’s potential to turn data into wisdom.
