We’re looking for a Head of Product (Digital Collection) to shape and scale our digital collection ecosystem - from strategy and analytics to automation and technology. Your mission will be to build data-driven tools, optimize collection processes, and enhance recovery efficiency through smart products and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously optimize collection strategies, tools, methods, and analytical models. Define and manage key KPIs for the collection department to ensure sustainable portfolio growth and operational efficiency. Identify growth opportunities, design and run pilot projects, test and implement new strategies. Drive process automation across collection operations — manage, assess, and modernize technical systems, including telephony and robotic solutions. Deploy and refine collection scoring models to improve segmentation and recovery outcomes. Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to identify, integrate, and implement innovative solutions. Analyze key performance indicators for collection and pre-collection, monitor delinquency trends, and identify deviations and growth points. Automate analytics and reporting, manage the KPI system, and oversee team performance evaluation and motivation within the collection department. 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within a bank, microfinance organization, or collection agency. Proven experience in designing, launching, and optimizing business processes in the debt collection domain. Experience implementing and maintaining automated collection systems (including configuration of robotic tools and telephony). Strong technical acumen: understanding of APIs, system integrations, backlog management, and task prioritization. Solid SQL knowledge and ability to work with databases to analyze and optimize collection strategies. Data-driven and systematic approach to collection management — capable of translating ideas into measurable results and vice versa.
