Establish and nurture robust relationships with current SME clients. Perform regular check-ins and conduct business reviews to gain insights into client requirements and improve overall satisfaction. Identify prospective SME clients and formulate outreach strategies. Advocate for the company's lending products and services specifically designed for SMEs. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives related to loan origination. Evaluate the financial stability of SMEs through the analysis of financial statements and credit histories. Support clients in comprehending loan prerequisites and the documentation necessary for approval. Collaborate closely with underwriting and risk management teams to facilitate the prompt processing of loan applications. Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Remain updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Provide insights to management regarding product offerings and client needs. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as a Master's or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA or CPA) is an advantage A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or lending within the financial services industry is required, with a preference for candidates with experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential.
