Are you a passionate Software Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and work on impactful projects? We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Knowledge of German, with a willingness to improve, is desirable. What You'll Do: Participating in the design and implementation of advanced web-based applications; Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining large-scale applications; Assuring effective team collaboration; Adhering to software quality requirements; Drafting technical documentation. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent working experience; Enthusiasm for programming and knowledge of Java, Python and R; Quality- and team-oriented; English knowledge. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience in Java, Python, R, web services (REST or SOAP), Spring Boot, micro-services, object-relational mapping (e.g. Hibernate), XML and/or databases (e.g. SQL) desired; Knowledge in the area of Geographical Information Systems (GIS); German knowledge.
