What you will work on Organize and maintain personnel records Assist in organizing and managing onboarding process Process employees’ benefits and procedures  Prepare HR documents  Monitor daily employee attendance / Digital Card Answer employees’ queries about HR related issues Participate in organizing HR projects and events  What you bring BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field At least 2 years of work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations or relevant role will be considered an asset Experience with HR softwares (HRIS or HRMS) Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Fluency in Greek and English language Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong communication skills What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet !
