What you will work on Participate in all phases of the Performance Management cycle and assist in analyzing performance reviews data and action items to follow Work on the design and implementation of various talent management and development projects and programs in the organization to support the development of Novibet’s employees Identify learning needs across different departments and participate in the development of training programs and learning materials Evaluate external training opportunities and coordinate with external vendors to develop training courses and programs using various learning methods Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and coordinating with trainers and participants Monitor the implementation of training programs to ensure they meet objectives and deadlines & assess the effectiveness of training programs Review training feedback to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for training materials and methods based on evaluation results What you bring BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field At least 2 years of Learning & Development experience Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and best practices will be considered a strong asset Fluency in English, both written and verbal Organizational and communications skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Ability to establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal & external stakeholders What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
