What We are looking for As a Junior Sportsbook Coordinator in Novibet, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of sportsbook content, ensuring that all market offerings and digital assets are optimized to drive user engagement and satisfy strategic product goals. What you will work on Work closely with our providers and as a part of the Sportsbook Operations team make sure our offering is up to date, and all product features are performing as expected. Ensure that the live offering & live streams are booked as per the Sports Calendar guidelines Assist with the day-to-day ad-hoc tasks and be the first point of reference for any questions or issues around Sportsbook activities  Actively contribute to improve internal processes and strategies to maximize efficiency. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field Passion about sports and deep understanding of sports betting products will be considered as assets Strong organizational skills,  with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions  Τeam spirit, with willingness to share your knowledge and learn from colleagues, while also enjoying working independently within a dynamic and creative environment Adaptability in both working hours and responsibilities, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
