SUPO, where required) The Mission of the Talent Attraction Partner In this role you will act as a trusted partner to the Global Satellite Manufacturing & Engineering Lines of Business, owning full-cycle recruitment for technical (production, engineering, and operations) roles. Through sharp market insight and close collaboration with hiring managers you’ll ensure we identify and secure the best talent to drive ICEYE’s growth. Expected Outcomes & Requirements Outcomes: Deliver impact hires: Manage ~8–10 concurrent roles, achieving quality & efficiency metrics Source and engage niche talent: Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles across commercial, product, and technical domains, adapting tactics dynamically to market shifts. Partner with hiring teams: Act as a trusted consultant and process owner — guiding managers through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions. Drive process excellence: Uphold rigor and consistency in ATS workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
