This role is managing the Fund Finance function under the Asset Management department under our ESR Kendall Square entity. 펀드회계 업무(설정, 해지, 분배, 운용지시, 결산 등) 부가가치세 및 법인세등 세무신고자료 검토 펀드 임관리비 세금계산서 발행 및 입금관리 펀드관련 대내외기관 보고서 작성등 지원 업무 기타 펀드운용 관련 부수적 업무 Fund accounting operations, including fund setup, termination, distributions, investment instructions, and financial closing Review of tax filing documents, including VAT and corporate income tax Issuance and management of tax invoices and receipts for fund management fees Preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders related to funds Other ancillary tasks related to fund operations 자산운용사, 일반사무관리회사, 회계법인 경력 5년 이상 집합투자재산에 대한 회계처리/평가/기준가격 산정 업무지식 보유자 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무처리, 커뮤니케이션 우수한자 부동산 회계관련 전공자 및 경력자 우대 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대 Over 5 years of experience in asset management companies, general administrative management firms, or accounting firms Knowledge of accounting, valuation, and NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation for collective investment assets Detail-oriented, accurate in work, and strong communication skills Preferably with a background or experience in real estate accounting English communication skills preferred
